30 update

I have not yet been able to check any thing off my 30 things list. I have tried to read a classic book & just could not get into it & dropped it back off at the library. I might revise #21 to read 30 books of any kind in my 30’s & try for classics as much as possible.

 Also, I have tried several (almost one a week) new recipes #27.

 Our favorite for the month of August was: The Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Spaghetti. We have eaten it twice. I did leave out the cayenne pepper, because I did not have any & I did not want it to be too spicy for Annabelle. I also cooked the onions before I mixed it together too. We all loved it & there is plenty enough to go around.

September’s maybe: I do not know if what we had for supper tonight will be my September recipe or not but it is too good & easy not to share.

Bacon, Ranch Slow cooker Chicken from Healthified Kitchen

I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breast, because it is what I had in the freezer.

Let me know if you decided to try these yummy recipes, I would like to know how your family liked them or if you have any suggestions that I should make in October. ( I have been looked & found quite a few sweet treats that looked mighty tasty & very Halloweeney) Don’t you just love a made up word?!

I hope in my next 30 update I will have something crossed off my list. 🙂
